Initial Setup Consultation:
- You get PERSONAL SERVICE. One of our eCommerce experts will guide you through setting up your merchant account, discussing shipping requirements, and be here to answer any questions you may have.
- We will register your chosen domain at no cost. Please check your intended domain for availability.
- We will have a consultation by phone to determine how you want to charge for shipping, and discuss other variables in regard to your online business and website.
- We will consult with you, and guide you, on setting up a payment processor to accept payment online.
The Setup & Build:
- We will register the available domain name of your choice.
- We then set up a hosting account, build the database, install all website files.
- You choose which available template you like, and we add your logo to the header. Customization services are available.
- Submit to us your home page content and two images and we will fill out your home page for you.
- We will create and install any upgrades if requested by you. Custom graphics, Flash, content writing, etc.
- We will configure your website with your shipping configuration and payment processor (if applicable).
- We will also take care of you by configuring other aspects of your website store to common standards. All configurations that we make can easily be changed by you at any time. This will simply get you started.
- We schedule a 1-hour basic training with you. We will give you a lesson on the two most important items for you to understand about your store - product management and customer management.
