Below are some of the most frequently asked questions we receive regarding AIM-Cart.

1. Is the version we are getting the latest version of AIM-Cart software?
   
   Yes. Always.
   
   
2. Does the initial setup cost grant me the right to run the software / website for an unlimited amount of time?
   
   Your site will be licensed. You can run the software and your website for an unlimited amount of time as long as your are subscribing to the optional AIM-Cart support service. Otherwise, a license renewal fee will be applied each year to your account.
   
   
3. What does the setup fee include?
   
   The price includes the following:
   
   
   • Domain name registration for term of the website.
   • Hosting account setup and configuration.
   • Dedicated SSL Certificate for secure https checkout.
   • Software license for the term of the website.
   • Design, installation, configuration and testing of your website.
   • Integration of your merchant account and paypal payment processor.
   • Advisement and consulting on how to set up your shipping routines.
   • Advisement and consulting on getting set up with an internet merchant account.
   • Addition of your logo into site header.
   • Home page content fill-out. Submit to us an image or two, and some page content and we will build and attractive home page for you.
   • A one-hour lesson by phone or in our office on the basic operation of your website store.
   • A detailed user manual on how to do daily operations of your website.
     
     
4. Is there a monthly fee? What does the monthly include?
   
   

   The only manditory monthly "fee" you will incur is hosting. Hosting is a cost that is associated with any website, and is not limited to AIM-Cart. Hosting fee is $24.95 per month.
   
   Each year, you will need to renew your AIM-Cart license to obtain software updates. You will also need to renew your SSL certificate for secure purchase. Combined cost on these items is approximately $450 per year.
   

5. Do you offer an optional support package?
   
   Yes, we do! We offer a support package of $79 per month Typically, you will be able to install all upgrades as they become available by simply clicking a link. All upgrades will become available automatically, and that service is included in your monthly cost. Custom upgrades require programming and file work, and these types of upgrades are not included in the price.

6. Will you be responsible for implementing critical updates as needed or is this something I need to watch and let you know if I need help installing the patch?
   
   It's easy to keep your site current! AIM - Arizona Internet Marketing will keep your site up to date by providing to you all critical updates and security patches. You will be able to install these simply by clicking a link in your administrative area.
   
   If you have the upgraded support package, we will perform the updates for you on request.
   
   
7. Will you help me set up my payment processors so that I can accept credit cards online?
   
   Yes! One of the great things about having us set this up for you is that we will guide you on how to get your merchant account and payment processor set up. You will need this service in order to accept credit cards. We can also advise you how to get PayPal set up. Once you have your accounts in place, we will configure your website and connect it with your payment accounts.
   
   
8. Who will you host my site with?
   
   We will host with a reputable commercial U.S. based hosting company.
   
   
9. Does my hosting account include email addresses?
   
   Yes. Your hosting account includes up to UNLIMITED storage. You can have up to 100 email addresses for your domain. For instance, you can set up "sales@yourdomainname.com" You will have access to your hosting control panel so that you can manage email addresses and things.
   
   
10. Will you give me the links to helpful info I can read for the AIM-Cart system so I have a point of reference in case I get stuck doing something? I don't like to have to bother you for incidentals if it's something I can look up on my own.
    
    You will get a very comprehensive PDF user manual (about 450 pages of detailed info). It is organized very well, and has a quick reference system to make finding specific items very easy. This should include all information needed to perform daily operations on your website.
